Position Summary

A Miami-based organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its day-to-day human resources operations. This position will oversee payroll and employee data while supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management, training, reporting, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and timekeeping processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate and current
• Prepare reports and provide workforce information to leadership
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
• Support performance reviews and employee training programs
• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding policies and workplace matters
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recordkeeping requirements
• Prepare documentation for audits and respond to HR-related information requests
• Recommend improvements to HR processes, procedures, and systems

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 10+ years of progressive human resources experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Hands-on experience with payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS administration
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, compliance, audits, and HR reporting
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately
