Consults with hiring managers as it relates to recruitment and staffing issues; develops network of contacts through various channels and participates in ongoing initiatives to develop, integrate, and improve the sourcing and recruiting program for the organization. Accountable for placement and retention standards set forth by management. Essential Job Functions are below.Essential Job Functions:Sends recruitment emails/correspondencesDevelops database for current and further hiresCrowdsources potential candidatesConducts pre-screensScheduling of interviews for hiring managersTimely disposition of candidatesChampion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a strategic advisor on recruiting matters.Source candidates utilizing cutting edge technology, social media, targeted outreach and networking.Take initiative to provide innovative solutions to challenges and ensure timeliness and efficiency throughout search.Lead post interview discussions and manage candidate communications and expectations.Guide hiring managers to identify a balanced interview team, design an efficient and professional interview process, and prepare interviewers.Works collaboratively with the HR team.Negotiate job offer, coordinate reference and background checks, and ensure candidate records are accurate and complete.Participate in the development and optimization of recruiting processes and best practices.Advise hiring managers on networking and recruiting strategies and provide recommendations for attracting diverse applicants.Conduct New Hire Orientation.Conduct trainings with hiring managers on ATS, as required.Must Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation; andPerform all other duties as assigned.QualificationsEssential Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Experience and Competencies:Ability to work within established time frames with limited supervision.Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills. Keen attention to detail. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical human resource journals, financial and benefit reports, and legal documents. Prefer dual language in Spanish, additional languages helpful.Proven effectiveness leading talent searches while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, fairness, and confidentiality.Demonstrated effectiveness working efficiently, productively, and with urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and keep others apprised of progress.Demonstrated success exercising sound judgment, applying effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and acting and thinking independently.Knowledgeable about project management processes and methods.Proven success using online recruiting tools and strategies to identify talent.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and online sourcing techniques.Proficiency in word processing programs, preferably MS Word, and spreadsheet programs, preferably MS Excel. Internet skills.Ability to work independently.High level of initiative.Adherence to the highest standard of ethical conduct, especially to standards governing confidentiality.Professional appearance and demeanor.A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer-services to employees and candidates.Ability to obtain and maintain eligibility for DCF/ACHA Clearance.Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain WestCare's vehicle insurance is required.Must be able to obtain and maintain OIG and NSOPW Clearance and CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and an annual Tuberculosis test.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.During your tenure with WestCare there may be new requirements, including, but not limited to vaccinations that are issued by local, State, Federal, and/or Funders that WestCare may have to comply with.
