- Undergraduate degree required
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with knowledge of professional services-based recruiting a strong plus
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate and coordinate multiple tasks independently and see them through to completion
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; growth mindset and willingness to dive in where priorities require leadership
- Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
- Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
- Ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants at all levels, and recruiting colleagues; a positive open attitude and a sense of fun
- Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; track record as self-starter; mindful of external reputation; discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities and be able to work effectively under pressure and navigate with ambiguity. Flexibility to deal with last-minute changes; comfortable working with minimal direction
- Ability to look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with more urgent deadlines as needed
- Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours and travel to campus as needed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels

To help you understand what you can expect, the salary range for new joiners in this role in United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, is $82,600 - $103,200 USD gross per year. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest
[salary/hourly wages] for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important
to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion
and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
