The Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant will develop the skills to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building relationships with exceptional candidates while partnering with clients to deliver outstanding hiring solutions.

Learn the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing offers and placements

Build talent pipelines using modern sourcing tools and headhunting techniques

Receive hands-on training in business development and client relationship management

45,000-$50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission of 10%-40%
