Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable APIs and backend services. Collaborate in resolving technical incidents, provide support to internal and external users, and participate in the maintenance of our technological infrastructure. Supporting research, development, and optimization of agents. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on projects that integrate diverse technologies and drive innovation. Must Have Be a university student or graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in systems engineering, information technology, computer science, or related fields. Basic knowledge or experience with backend programming languages. Be a highly creative and independent person, capable of adapting to the demands of a constantly changing sector and with a strong focus on problem solving. Intermediate English and willingness to learn and improve the language in a professional context. Nice to have Familiarity with databases. Passion for software products, technological innovation, and the business environment of a marketing and technology agency. Understanding concepts of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing. Interest in process optimization and task automation.
