Recruiter

We are seeking a Temporary HR Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment logistics, training coordination, and general HR administration for a 3-month assignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment activities
• Assist with candidate screening and recruiting logistics
• Support employee training coordination and scheduling
• Maintain HR records and assist with administrative projects
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or a related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• HR experience is a plus, but industry experience is not required
• College students with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
