Public Accounting Professional – CPA / CPA Candidate
Location: Richmond & Tidewater Regions, Virginia
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience
Are you a CPA or soon-to-be CPA looking to continue building your career in public accounting with a well-established and growing firm? We are partnering with a rooted, mid-sized public accounting firm with a strong presence throughout the Richmond and Tidewater regions of Virginia that is looking to add talented accounting professionals to its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in public accounting who are looking for a firm that offers long-term career growth, exposure to a variety of clients and industries, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced accounting and tax professionals.
What We're Looking For:
- Direct experience working in public accounting is required
- Active CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification is required
- Experience in areas such as tax, audit, assurance, accounting, or client advisory services
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and public accounting practices
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Desire to grow professionally and build a long-term career within a respected firm
