Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to guide sessions.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, including treatment progress notes and follow-up evaluations in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training relevant to therapeutic practices and methodologies.

• Participate in case consultations with team members to share insights and enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active and in-good-standing LMFT license in California.
