Dean of Nursing – Permanent
Location: Portland, OR 97216
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
Bonuses: Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
Education Required: MSN (Master of Science in Nursing)
Experience Required:
5+ years total nursing experience
2+ years acute care experience
3+ years nursing education experience
Licensure: Active Oregon RN license required
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee nursing program operations and academic standards
Supervise faculty, curriculum development, and program accreditation compliance
Support student success, clinical partnerships, and educational quality
Ensure alignment with regulatory, institutional, and accreditation requirements
