The civil litigation paralegal position is an important position in our firm and we are searching for someone who is looking for a career and not just a job. Our ideal candidate has 10+ years’ experience as a civil litigation paralegal, possesses excellent attention to detail, is resourceful, is a great writer, has great communication skills, follows direction, is flexible to and can balance priorities. Duties include but are not limited to: E-filing and e-recording Client interaction Legal research Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, notices, and other litigation-related documents Preparing for and attending trial/assisting attorneys during trial Assisting attorneys with staying on task and keeping track of status of pending legal matters Preparing deeds and other real estate-related documents Preparing residential and commercial real estate contracts Preparing business filings Coordinating with process servers and other vendors Experience and Qualifications: 10+ years’ civil litigation experience as paralegal Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Clio Manage Knowledge of local and civil procedure rules #J-18808-Ljbffr
