Responsibilities Build and improve financial models. Analyze budgets, forecasts, and operational performance. Partner with operations and leadership. Prepare and present reports to management and ownership. Support capital planning and strategic initiatives. Learn plant operations to provide meaningful financial insight. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field. 2-5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis experience preferred. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Manufacturing, industrial, utilities, energy, mining, or operational finance experience is a plus.
