Job Summary Priority1, Inc. is a nationwide consulting and contract logistics company specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are hiring Territory Managers in the Miami market to acquire new business and grow within a dynamic sales environment. Responsibilities Prospect new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling. Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity. Sell, set up, and manage new accounts. Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships. Training & Development Three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months. Fast Start Program: 3 months of in‑field training with upper management. Potential for additional senior Territory Manager and management training. Qualifications 3–5 years of freight sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communications or other relevant majors). Active involvement in campus activities; athletic background is a plus. Energetic, polished, professional appearance and demeanor. Strong drive to succeed and be part of a winning team. Compensation Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance. Reimbursement for gas receipts.
