What You'll Do: Handle complex commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on real estate disputes Manage cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations Collaborate with experienced attorneys on high‑value matters Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school 5+ years of commercial litigation experience (candidates with slightly less experience will be considered) Strong writing, litigation, and client management skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
