Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Villa Crest Nursing Center | Manchester, NH $33–$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Villa Crest Nursing Center. Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands‑on therapy that helps residents improve movement, regain strength, and work toward greater functional independence. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and therapy goals Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team What We Offer $33–$36/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New Hampshire PTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply If you're a PTA looking for an opportunity to help residents make meaningful progress while growing as part of a supportive rehabilitation team, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Post Rehabilitation Services
