Contractor Opportunity: Other Health Insurance (OHI) Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Onsite – San Antonio, TX Engagement Type: Contractor via Third-Party Supplier Contracting Entity: Accenture Supplier of Record: Manpower Group Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 12 Months with potential for extension About The Role The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will take in-bound calls from providers, Medicaid members and representatives from the other health insurance. CSR may also make outbound calls to health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information and update the client records. This opportunity is open to individuals located in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, Manpower Group, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes. Key Responsibilities Core Duties Take inbound calls from providers and client representatives Perform outbound calls to other health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information as needed Collect policy information from callers Verify Medicaid clients’ insurance information Accurately enter insurance data into) database Maintain quality score of 98% or better Perform special research Perform other duties as assigned Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code. Collaboration Tools or Platforms Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 1 year of customer service and or contact center experience Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Medical field experience Problem solving abilities Organizational skills Analytical and research skills Additional Information / Requirements Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CT On-Site role in San Antonio, TX Compliance Notes This is a contractor role administered through a third-party payroll supplier. The supplier will determine compensation, benefits, and applicable employment policies. The contractor will not be eligible for employee benefits from Accenture. Compensation Disclosure Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer Manpower Group, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
