Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate commercial flooring projects from award through installation and closeout.
• Schedule and coordinate installation crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials, jobsites, and installation teams are ready before work begins.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Work with Purchasing and Warehouse team to coordinate material management.
• Identify and resolve scheduling, logistical, and project-related issues.
• Maintain accurate project schedules, records, and documentation.
• Assist with recruiting and developing relationships with installation subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.
• Experience in construction, project coordination, scheduling, or logistics is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn commercial flooring and our operating systems.
