Client Advisor

Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Client Advisor based in Costa Mesa, CA. A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $28–$35/hr + commission Position Overview The Client Advisor will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience by providing personalized service and expert product knowledge. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborates closely with team members to achieve store goals. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Deliver best-in-class customer service to create a memorable, luxury shopping experience. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and client retention. Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and stay up to date on current collections and marketing initiatives. Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising. Maintain floor presentation standards and assist with product displays and floor moves as needed. Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold brand standards by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and teamwork at all times. Contribute to loss prevention efforts and maintain accurate inventory controls. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with workload and scheduling based on business needs. Required Experience/Skills 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or hospitality. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals in a client-focused environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook). Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Preferred Experience/Skills Experience working with a clientele book or CRM to manage client relationships. Background in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or fine goods. A polished, service-oriented mindset and understanding of luxury retail etiquette. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.
