Client Advisor - Costa Mesa

Summary The Client Advisor will drive sales and deliver exceptional service in the Costa Mesa store by building strong client relationships and curating elevated shopping experiences. The role focuses on achieving personal and team sales targets, applying deep product knowledge, and supporting store operations and visual merchandising. The advisor collaborates with store leadership to identify opportunities for sales growth and ensure a seamless customer journey. Responsibilities Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to overall store performance. Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and follow-up. Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to guide the sales process. Collaborate with team members and store leadership to execute action plans and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Maintain store visual merchandising and presentation standards. Collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services. Requirements 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work in a team. General knowledge of sales, store operations, and inventory management.
