Receptionist

What Youll Do:

• Be the friendly face and voice of our dealership greeting all customers and guests with a positive attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls relay messages and direct calls or visitors to the right team member.
• Work closely with the sales office and internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
• Schedule and coordinate dealership drivers for deliveries.
• Input gas invoices reconcile statements and handle petty cash.
• Enter accounting information into our dealership software stock in new vehicles and process vehicle deposits.
• Keep the customer lounge and breakroom tidy and inviting making coffee straightening up and letting management know if anything needs attention.
• Tackle other tasks as needed no two days are exactly the same!

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent listening and communication skills with an outgoing positive personality.
• Professional appearance and a desire to grow and learn.
• Punctual reliable and comfortable with a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and open to picking up new skills.
• Dealership or basic accounting experience is a plus but not required if youre eager to learn well support you.
