We are looking to fill a full-time Site Leader position at Westwood Elementary School in Fairview, TN

What You'll Do

What You'll Do

As Site Leader, you'll create an environment where children feel safe, welcomed, and excited to return every day.

You'll also:

• Lead and develop a team of caring child care professionals.
• Build strong partnerships with families and school administrators.
• Plan engaging activities that encourage creativity, friendships, and fun.
• Ensure a safe, high-quality program.
• Coach staff and help them grow professionally.
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and compliance.
• Celebrate children's successes and create memorable experiences.

Site Leader Qualifications

• High School diploma, college degree preferred
• Successfully pass background check
• Current First Aid/ CPR certified
• Minimum 1-year child care experience
• Minimum 1 - year management/ leadership experience
