Occupational Therapist Humansville, MO Specialty: Occupational Therapy Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2106 - $2538 | Shift: 5x8 days Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your patients? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your skills can shine and grow? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner in Humansville, MO. As a dedicated Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders. Your expertise will guide the development of personalized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for:
- Screening and evaluating patients to develop appropriate care plans
- Providing rehabilitative treatment interventions
- Administering procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and exercises
- Assessing patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed
- Communicating effectively with the healthcare team
- Documenting all required information in the electronic system
- Participating in patient care conferences and required meetings
- Supervising occupational therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides
- 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
- Experience in LTC or Rehab settings
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Need 1 year experience in setting
