ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in the Lancaster, California area for the upcoming school year. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to help students develop the skills necessary for success in the educational setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist passionate about making a meaningful impact in a collaborative school environment.
Position Overview:
- Full-time, school-based position for the upcoming school year
- On-site role in the Lancaster, California area
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Supportive and collaborative school environment
- One opening available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across assigned caseloads
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support students in developing functional, motor, and independence skills within the school setting
Required Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compensation & Benefits:
