Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deliver OT services in a school-based setting, which may include teletherapy and home health as required
• Manage a full-time caseload (details to be provided), supporting a diverse student population
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Maintain regular communication with staff and participate in relevant meetings

Desired Qualifications:

• Active OT license in California or ability to obtain
• Experience in schools, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering student independence and participation
