Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist

Natera seeks an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to support oncology product sales and account management in Providence, RI. The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, monitoring patient testing adherence, and driving unit growth while collaborating with internal teams to optimize clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Grow, maintain, and support existing oncology customer accounts alongside assigned clinical specialists
- Monitor patient testing patterns to ensure adherence to oncologist-prescribed test protocols
- Build key relationships with medical professionals to facilitate unit growth and retention
- Educate medical professionals on Natera tools and resources for test order management
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to patient retention and order fulfillment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with 4+ years relevant experience
- Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, nursing background, or 2+ years sales experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with strategic and tactical execution ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail
- Excellent written and verbal communication with proven presentation skills
- Ability to learn software systems quickly and work independently in fast-paced environments
