Three Associate Attorneys — each managing a full litigation book (~75+ active matters each), including a dedicated Labor & Employment practice. Three Litigation Paralegals — running intake support, client communication, docketing, and filing at a pace most firms would need twice the headcount to match. A proprietary technology stack that automates the busywork most firms drown in — so our people spend their time on judgment, strategy and clients. Our Caseload — What You'll Be Selling Our active docket exceeds 150 litigation matters, and the intake pipeline brings new potential clients every single day: credit-reporting and debt-collection abuse, personal injury and wrongful death, insurance bad faith, fraud and contract litigation, employment discrimination (EEOC and federal-sector), federal civil rights, immigration, family law, bankruptcy, and consumer defense. On any given day our intake line hears from a tenant facing eviction, a driver whose credit was wrecked by a bank's error, a federal employee whose hours vanished, and a parent seeking a visa for their child. Your job is to hear each of them, spot the case, and sign the right ones. The Role Take every intake call — phone, video, and in person. You are the first legal voice a potential client hears. Train directly with the founder — first weeks side‑by‑side with David Cruz on live calls, then the pipeline is yours. Assess and quote on the call — evaluate viability in real time and convert qualified leads within firm fee guidelines. Trigger the machine — when you sign a client, our systems generate the assessment, retainer, e‑signature packet, and payment link, often within the hour. Hand off cleanly — signed matters flow to our drafting attorneys with a complete intake memo. Guard the gates — conflicts, statutes of limitation, jurisdiction; decline gracefully with referrals when we're not the right firm. Who You Are Licensed member of The Florida Bar in good standing (required; strong recent admittees encouraged). A natural closer with genuine empathy — you can earn trust on the worst day of someone's life and ask for the engagement without overselling. Competent, curious, and fast — we prize competence above pedigree; issue-spot across a wide practice mix and get to the right answer quickly. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; Haitian Creole a plus. Tech-forward, non-negotiably — comfortable with modern legal technology and open to AI‑augmented workflows. Attorneys who print their email need not apply. Organized under volume — dozens of live leads, deadlines that matter, nothing slips.
