In this position, you’ll collaborate with a committed district team to deliver high-quality, bilingual evaluations and specialized instruction to preschool-aged children. You'll have the chance to work on-site, interact directly with students and families, and gain valuable multi-school experience.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Colorado Department of Education Teaching License with Early Childhood Special Education endorsement
• Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish strongly preferred)
• Experience working with preschool or early childhood populations in a school or clinical setting
• Previous involvement with multidisciplinary or evaluation teams is a plus
• Ability to conduct thorough, culturally responsive assessments and develop actionable recommendations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel between multiple schools and district evaluation sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive bilingual Child Find evaluations across designated elementary sites and possible district-wide locations
• Collaborate with educators, psychologists, and related service providers to design and implement individualized plans
• Provide timely, clear assessment reports and support families throughout the evaluation process
• Facilitate early childhood interventions and special education services aligned with student needs
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and uphold district protocol and timelines

This role covers up to 37.5 hours per week throughout the academic year, offering professional growth and the opportunity to impact diverse learners.
