As IT Consultant, you will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on mentoring others, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, superb interpersonal skills and technical acuity are keys to success!## ## **Responsibilities/Expectations:*** Utilizes expertise, analyzes and develops long-term solutions to IT needs through developing new or modifying existing applications* Reviews systems requirements and business processes; mentors others on codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications* Executes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing* Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes* Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements* Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team* Other duties as assigned## ## **Education/Years of Experience:*** Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of eight (8) years' IT experience* Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years' IT experience## ## **Other Requirements:*** Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority* Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills## **Why Tulsa?**Because here, you don’t have to choose between career and lifestyle.
