Medical Scheduler

Overview Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Medical Scheduler Job Summary: The Medical Scheduler ensures accurate, timely and appropriate staffing of providers daily, weekly, and quarterly across Community Bridges Crisis, Inpatient, Residential, and Outpatient facilities. The role requires knowledge of each CBI program’s functions, services, populations, levels of care, and staffing requirements. The Scheduler works with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrates strong verbal and written communication, organization skills, attention to detail, and efficiency. Responsibilities Ensure daily, weekly, and quarterly staffing of providers for all CBI programs. Work with multidisciplinary teams to determine staffing needs based on program functions, services, and populations. Maintain accuracy and timeliness of scheduling. Communicate staffing plans and changes to providers and teams. Pay close attention to detail and improve scheduling efficiency. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred. Preferred: 1 year of experience in medical practice, behavioral health, administrative role, staff scheduling or medical scheduling.
