Assistant Office Manager
As an assistant office manager with David Perkins State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are a customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and service-minded candidates.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Work with the customer service team and daily operations.
- Execute customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Create a great customer service experience

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Scottsboro, AL.
- Our office is open 9:00-5:00.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Bronze Tablet
