Evaluating and resolving first and third-party auto claims, the fully remote Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster will manage loss investigations, assess coverage issues, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Investigate and adjust commercial automobile claims primarily involving bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims Identify coverage issues and conduct coverage analysis while maintaining claim files according to best practices Evaluate and value injuries and damages, including moderate to severe injury claims, and handle cases involving attorney-represented claimants Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; insurance industry designation is a plus Minimum of 3 years of experience handling bodily injury claims Litigation experience preferred Strong ability to understand and review policy documentation Experience working with experts in various disciplines related to claims resolution
