Talent Acquisition SpecialistReynolds Community College is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and support the college's recruitment and onboarding processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience and providing expert guidance to college administrators throughout the employment process. Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations governing human resources functions. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, analyze data, and present findings clearly and effectively. Proficiency in maintaining and generating reports from automated HR systems and databases. Ability to work independently and provide guidance and direction to all levels of college staff regarding assigned work areas. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment in resolving workplace issues accurately and timely. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex HR information clearly. Competency in using Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and other HR information systems.Additional Considerations - Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise with college, VCCS, and DHRM policies as it relates to college employment matters.Operation of a State Vehicle - NoSupervises Employees - NoRequired Travel - Travel between college campuses, as needed.
