Seasonal Recruiter/Admin

We are seeking a dynamic, organized Recruiting & Administrative Specialist to drive hiring and onboarding operations. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle candidate funnel; from local community outreach to orientation, ensuring our partner operations remain fully staffed.

This is a seasonal position offering 30 to 40 hours per week, with potential to transition into a permanent opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Community Engagement : Plan, organize, and represent the company at local job fairs and community hiring events.
• Candidate Management : Conduct interviews, manage candidates through the hiring funnel, and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Onboarding & Training : Coordinate, set up, and lead new-hire orientations.
• Administrative Excellence : Complete all necessary administrative data entries, documentation, and compliance tasks accurately.
• Operational Support : Provide hands-on shift coverage, complete operational tasks, and adapt to changing facility needs as assigned.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Typical Hours : Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM .
• Flexibility Required : Ability to alter your schedule, work alternative hours, or assist on different days as operational demands dictate.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account manager to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Develop and execute a recruitment plan and deliver effective orientations
• Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
• Manage paperless recruiting operations
• Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns
• Participate in job fairs and community events
• Data entry required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field, preferred
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)
• Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook and Word
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Associate Requirements

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
