Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing district-wide support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Keene, NH. In this impactful role, you’ll make measurable differences in students’ lives by leveraging your expertise across schools within the district during the upcoming academic year (August 26, 2026 to June 15, 2027). With a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and external agencies to ensure the highest level of behavioral support for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and design, implement, and monitor evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual students
• Provide hands-on, direct support for students in classroom environments, supporting staff with personalized strategies for student success
• Cultivate close collaboration with teachers, staff, and parents to promote consistency and maximize progress toward goals
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with outside agencies involved in supporting students and their families throughout the district
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Behavior Analyst in an educational setting
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
