Make a meaningful impact on student success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting a district-wide initiative. This contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year, offering the chance to collaborate with educators, students, and families while applying your expertise in behavioral assessment and intervention.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral assessments to identify student needs
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized intervention plans to promote positive student outcomes
• Providing direct support and consultation to students, teaching staff, and administration
• Facilitating strong partnerships with parents and guardians to encourage consistency across environments
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with outside agencies that serve students and families
• Serving as a valuable resource and role model for the district, ensuring high standards of behavior analysis are upheld

Key qualifications sought:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Behavior Analyst, ideally in educational settings
• Demonstrated skills in developing and delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult and collaborate with diverse teams
