Insurance Specialist

As a licensed insurance professional, you will help individuals, families, and businesses find the best coverage options to meet their needs. If you have strong sales and customer service skills and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance options, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities Assist clients in selecting commercial home or health insurance plans that meet needs and budget. Provide quotes, explain policy details, and answer customer questions. Process applications for new policies, renewals, and policy modifications. Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and service. Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and regulations. Assist clients with claims inquiries and provide guidance through the claims process. Requirements Active Florida 2-15, 2-20 or 4-40 license. Previous experience in commercial, health or P&C insurance sales or customer service is a plus but not necessary. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. An ability to explain complex insurance terms in an easy-to-understand manner. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals. Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
