Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Weston, FL. In this position, the specialist will consult with prospective and existing clients to understand their coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, explaining policy options and coverage details, and guiding clients through the application and underwriting process. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with carriers, supporting policy renewals and changes, and ensuring accurate documentation in the agency’s systems. The specialist will also handle customer inquiries, address service issues, and collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver a high standard of client service. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively match clients with suitable coverage and carriers. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide clear, professional support. Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and Health Insurance to explain policy terms, coverage options, and regulatory requirements. Active or eligible Florida insurance license (Property & Casualty; Health license is a plus). Prior experience in an insurance agency, financial services, or related sales environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms. Comfort with using agency management systems, online quoting tools, and standard office software. Ability to work on-site in Weston, FL, manage multiple tasks, and meet individual and team performance goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
