Accounts Payable Supervisor

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Default Management Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices related to default operations, ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities Supervise the Accounts Payable team, managing invoice processing and default ledger reconciliation activities Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex invoice discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal guidelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum seven years of mortgage servicing experience with a focus on default operations At least three years of supervisory experience in a metrics-driven environment Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools Experience with ICE Mortgage Technology systems or similar invoicing platforms preferred
