We are seeking a growth minded District Operations Manager to assist with managing refreshment operations. As the District Operations Manager you will work with the District Manager to support our business. Key Responsibilities Team Building Ensures that the branch financial performance meets Company and client objectives Optimizes operational productivity and monitors development of realistic and accurate forecasts Interprets and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines to promote consistent application within the District Assists where needed with all department managers/supervisors in all lines of business Participates in the sales process Identifies regional and district training requirements for Customer Service Managers Abides by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree and a minimum of three years related experience Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial data Excellent presentation skills required Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Work Schedule Mon-Thursday 8-6 and Friday’s from 11-9pm Benefits Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.
