Full Time Dishwashers Wanted

4 Charles Prime Rib, a part of Hogsalt, is looking for dedicated and experienced Full Time Dishwashers ($20-$22/hour) to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications:

• One year working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.

• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stooping.
• Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure the availability of clean servicewares by washing dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware according to Hogsalt standards.
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including machines, appliances, floors, garbage cans, storage areas, etc. Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, mixers, etc.
• Prepare the kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking all kitchen stations with necessary supplies.
• Monitor dishwashing machine operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues to leadership.
• Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with additional tasks as requested by leadership.
