We are looking for a Part Time Bartender who will be responsible for serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in superior guest satisfaction. Located in Sturtevant, WI, Renaissance Cinema is a 13-screen theatre that features both UltraScreen and SuperScreen auditoriums, plus Take Five Lounge and Zaffiro's Express. What we are looking for: Must be at least 18 years old to legally serve alcohol. Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage preparation and service. Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred. Proficient in basic math for handling cash, making change, and managing tabs. Able to read and write in English for completing forms and documentation. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, garnishes, and bar tools efficiently. Experience in restaurants, bars, golf courses, or fast food settings or experience as a bartender, server, or bar back is a plus but not required. What you will be doing: Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to guests. Verify guests' age for alcohol purchases in compliance with all regulations. Take orders, interact with guests, and provide food and drink service. Make personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences. Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times. Follow all food, beverage, and liquor service laws and company policies. Accurately handle transactions using POS systems and documentation tools. Prep and store garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure freshness.
