Associate Manager - Finance

Position Summary The position is responsible for the overall accounting/MIS and costing functions, including audit, compliance and taxes under various laws and regulations. It prepares cost estimates of new or special products for establishing selling prices and production forecasts. Responsibilities MIS analysis: preparation of MIS reports on a monthly basis. Monthly CO‑Closing activities: perform WIP run, variance calculation, process order settlement in SAP and highlight major differences observed during settlement, including revaluation of inventory to income/expenses of revaluation account. Review PP SAP Master – master recipe and resource master: review and coordinate with the plant technical team to ensure correct PP master data is maintained in SAP for overhead cost controlling. Overhead cost controlling: set‑up a system to allocate and recover overhead based on actual production. Annual budgeting activity: actively participate in annual budgeting activity to finalize Opex and budgeted standard cost of the plant. Product costing: perform monthly product costing independently in SAP, requiring experience in product costing in SAP. Internal control area: analyze major expense categories to ensure internal controls are adhered to while processing expenses. Accounts payable: handle vendor invoice booking and vendor payment. Education BA/BS in Finance/Costing. Experience Minimum three (3) years of experience in working on product costing in SAP/FP&A and in running the costing cycle. Knowledge and Skills Expertise in MS Excel. Working experience in basic accounting. Leadership / Managerial Attributes Experience handling at least one person in a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
