We welcome you to join our team as a Cabinet Estimator. You will help us transform kitchens and baths in luxury homes around the greater Charlotte area! What You’ll Do Perform take-offs from architectural drawings and develop a conceptual design Produce quotation for custom cabinets Perform field measurements needed to finalize the design/quotation What We’re Looking For Great character and team chemistry – Positivity, Ownership, Integrity, Service, Excellence Mechanical aptitude with ability to visualize in 3D Detail-oriented and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook General computer skills including file management and network navigation Physical stamina – ability walk through in-construction site/home and perform measurements Reliability – show up on time every day – our crew will depend on you Professionalism – clean appearance and respectful communication for working in high-end homes Why Join Us Competitive pay – starting at $45-55k/yr depending upon experience + quarterly bonus program Great benefits – medical, dental, and vision insurance for only $100/mo Paid time off – holidays and vacations Career growth to designer and project manager roles Steady work – we stay busy year-round with premium residential and commercial projects Schedule Mon to Thr 6:30am – 4:30 pm Fri 6:30am – 12:00 pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
