Supply Chain AssociateThe Supply Chain Associate is responsible for planning and managing production schedules, maintaining critical system data in SAP and MES, analyzing production performance, and supporting month-end closing activities. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills (English and Korean) and proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems to ensure seamless production operations and accurate supply chain data management.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with sales forecasts, inventory availability, and material constraintsManage production plan changes and adjust schedules based on demand fluctuations, raw material availability, production delays, or quality issuesManage production schedules and versions in SAP and MES systems, including creating and revising production versions as neededMaintain accuracy in SCM-related systems (ERP/WMS) and support data integration between WMS and internal databasesSummarize production results daily, weekly, and monthly; compare actual production against plans and analyze variances to identify improvement opportunitiesPerform daily inventory system reconciliation between SAP and WMS to ensure data accuracyOrganize month-end performance and inventory records to support closing processesCompile and analyze monthly logistics expense details for operational and financial reportingRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Business-Related or Computer-Related fieldExperience0-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, production planning, or related fieldFresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to applyLanguage RequirementsFluent in English and Korean (required)Ability to communicate effectively in both languages, both written and verbalTechnical SkillsProficient in SAP (ERP system) or willingness to learn quicklyStrong computer skills: Excel (required - data analysis, formulas, pivot tables), Word (documentation and reporting), PowerPoint (presentations)Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferredExperience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) a plusCore CompetenciesExcellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with high level of accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedulesProactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesTeam player with ability to work independentlyPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit/stand for extended periodsRegular use of computer and standard office equipmentEmployee Benefits100% coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (Fully paid by company)401K Matching up to 4%Cellphone AllowancesMileage reimbursementEmployee Discounts10 Paid Vacation5 Paid Sick Days11 Paid HolidaysPaid Bereavement LeaveEmployee development programOn-Job Training ProgramCareer-PathLunch Catering for employeesVarious Team building programsHealth WellnessJob Type: Full-timeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, based on experience (Non-Exempt)(Negotiable depending on experience, excluding OT and other earnings)
