Admin Assistant- Bilingual in Korean

Well-known Korean food company.

• Welcome and greet guests as soon as they arrive
• Ensure that all who enter the main entrance adhere to COVID protocols and security guidelines/policies
• Assist with customer claims and reporting
• Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and sort for customer claims
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Assist in contract services for the facility, shipments, mailing and presentations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
• 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (ex. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
