Admin Assistant- Bilingual in Korean

- Welcome and greet guests as soon as they arrive
- Ensure that all who enter the main entrance adhere to COVID protocols and security guidelines/policies
- Assist with customer claims and reporting
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and sort for customer claims
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Assist in contract services for the facility, shipments, mailing and presentations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
- 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (ex. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
