Job Details

This is not an entry-level sales role. We're looking for someone who already understands how to generate and close commercial roofing work and can step in and produce quickly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, GCs, developers, and building owners
  • Generate new business through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals
  • Walk roofs, assess conditions, and collaborate with estimating to develop proposals
  • Own the full sales cyclefrom lead generation through close
  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth project turnover and execution
  • Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently hit revenue targets

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience (or closely related industry)
  • Proven track record of generating $3M$10M+ annually in sales
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified, Coatings, etc.)
  • Ability to climb roofs, perform site walks, and engage clients in the field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
