Corporate Mobile Service Coordinator

Stoops Freightliner

Stoops Freightliner-Western Star is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused on- site Regional Mobile Service Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for our mobile technicians. This role is essential in bridging communication between the mobile service and parts departments, ensuring efficient order management and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and brings a strong background in heavy truck service or related fields.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage mobile technician work-in-progress (WIP) to meet performance targets
Ensure 100% or greater warranty recovery
Prepare and bill customer and warranty repair orders
Provide accurate service quotes and develop repair plans
Process warranty claims and audit all repair orders for accuracy
Serve as liaison between mobile service and parts departments to coordinate orders
Complete ongoing training to enhance job performance and stay current with industry standards
Minimum travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven customer service excellence
Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
Prior experience in heavy truck service or a related technical field
Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple software platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
