CAD Drafter (AutoCAD) – Residential & Commercial

JJS Services Inc.

JJS Services Inc is growing and seeking an experienced CAD Drafter with knowledge of Florida Building Code. Projects primarily include residential remodels and additions, restaurant build-outs, and after-the-fact plans for code violations.

What You’ll Do:

• Create 2D construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Work with engineers, architects, and designers to develop accurate plans
• Revise drawings and respond to city/county plan review comments
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Collaborate with the team through a project management platform to track project progress
• Attend site visits at job sites when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Familiarity with Florida Building Code and permitting processes
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Education:
Minimum Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.
