Prairie Bluffs, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a receptionist to join our growing team! Prairie Bluffs is conveniently located right off Highway 169 and Pioneer Trail in Eden Prairie. We help seniors age magnificently in our gorgeous 140-unit, apartment style community providing assisted living, independent living, and memory care services. Join our team today!

Shifts available: full-time wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
• Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
• Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
• Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.

Preferred qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
