About the Role:
Join R&M Equipment Company as an Assembly Technician in Spring City, PA, where you will play a crucial role in building high-quality equipment. Be part of a dedicated team that values precision and craftsmanship in every project.
Assembly Technician:
Join our growing team in Spring City, PA as an Industrial Mechanic where you will assemble repair, maintain industrial Power Take Off’s ( PTO’s) and Hydraulic Pumps.
Other duties include light machining, drill press operations, shipping, receiving, maintaining inventory, testing of the equipment, preparing equipment for shipping, keeping records, and maintaining equipment and supplies, including general housekeeping.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Read and understand mechanical manuals and instructions.
Complete all aspects assembly and testing
Prep for shipment
Daily UPS and Fed Ex shipment
· Follow instructions from area Leads, Supervisors, and Management
Assist in general housekeeping of work area
Skills & Qualifications:
2 or more of mechanical experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Read manuals
Read tape measure
Use precision measuring tools
Ability to operate power tools
Valid driver’s license
Basic math and use of measurements in order to properly assemble projects
Ability to operate Forklift
Ability to multitask, work in team environment, demonstrate accountability and professionalism
