About the Role

A customs brokerage company in Gardena, CA is hiring a Customs Brokerage Manager to handle customs operations, manage client accounts and customs processes, and lead the team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed customs broker with deep industry experience who can confidently handle a wide range of customs issues. Experience or aptitude in accounting management is a plus, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle all aspects of customs brokerage operations, including resolving a wide range of customs issues.

· Manage client accounts and oversee end-to-end customs processes.

· Lead and manage the team, providing hands-on operational leadership.

· Support accounting management as needed (training provided).

Required Qualifications

· U.S. Customs Broker License.

· Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in the customs brokerage industry.

· Proven ability to handle diverse and complex customs issues.

· Team management experience.

· Korean/English bilingual.

· Legally authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available.

Preferred Qualifications

· Accounting management experience or aptitude (training will be provided).

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus bonus.

Location & Schedule

· Onsite in Gardena, CA.

· Full-time.
